We are hiring immediately for a on-call BARISTA position.

Location: Stryker Starbucks - 325 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, NJ 07430. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: On-call schedule; Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior Starbucks or barista experience with knowledge of specialty drinks is required.

Pay Range: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Enters orders accurately into POS; accepts payments.
3. Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
4. Ensures proper presentation and temperature of food and drinks.
5. Maintains sanitation of equipment and work areas.
6. Follows recipes and standards for food preparation.
7. Greets and interacts courteously with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
8. Serves food attractively and efficiently.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
