Job summary

Dwayne Lane is hiring for an on-site cafe team member in Everett, WA. The role offers $22.00 hourly, is full-time with a +1 option, and requires lifting up to 25 lbs. You will operate the POS, stock coolers, and ensure beverage quality as part of a growing service team.

You will work with the cafe manager to provide friendly guest experiences, adhere to food safety guidelines, and support daily cafe operations across shifts.

• Provide positive customer service to both guests and employees.
• Follow recipes and guidelines for beverage preparation to meet quality standards.
• Communicate with Cafe manager providing customer feedback to better stock popular items.
