Job summary

Dwayne Lane is seeking a Barista for our Everett, WA cafe. You will clean and maintain espresso machines, stock coolers, monitor food expiration, and operate the POS to serve guests with accuracy and a friendly attitude.

We are looking for an upbeat team member to help grow our cafe as we expand, taking pride in our space and commitment to excellent service in the community.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining espresso machines, blenders, and other drink equipment.
• Stocking food and beverage coolers.
• Monitoring dry and cold foods expiration date.
• Operate POS system to check out customers and provide change.
• Maintain stock and inventory needs on spreadsheets.
• Provide positive customer service to both guests and employees.
• Follow recipes and guidelines for beverage preparation to meet quality standards.
• Communicate with Cafe manager providing customer feedback to better stock popular items.
• Lift over 25lbs
