Responsibilities
Operate a small full-service coffee shop, preparing and serving the full range of coffee beverages and other specialty non‑alcoholic drinks, and simple food items.
Operate coffee shop machinery, including a commercial espresso machine, and maintain the coffee bar inventory.
Record sales, process customer payments using a cash register, and close the cash drawer at the end of each day.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, utensils, equipment, and coffee bar.
Conduct monthly inventory checks.
Requirements

Must meet all qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position.
One‑year probationary period may be required.
Must successfully complete an employment verification (E‑Verify) check.
This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation.
A physical examination, arranged by the employer, is required prior to employment.
Must be willing to accept intermittent, on‑call employment.
Must be physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
Management reserves the right to reassign employees to other facilities.
Work schedule will be irregular, and the incumbent will be required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and/or unique events.
Must complete a minimum of 4 hours of initial food sanitation and safety training within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours of refresher training annually.
Residence: Must live within 100 miles of Fort Drum, NY. Non‑U.S. nationals must have lived in the U.S. or a U.S. territory for at least three consecutive years immediately prior to employment.
