Mt. Bachelor invites applications for baristas to energize the mountain experience at Pinnacles coffee shops across Mt. Bachelor. You will craft hot and cold beverages, serve pastries, and deliver friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Some High School, Diploma, or GED preferred.
• Cashiering, barista, and customer service experience required.
• Oregon Food Handler’s Card and OLCC permit are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding service, guiding them through the service process.
• Take drink orders and prepare beverages per recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee drinks and preparation methods.
• Operate POS to ring items and complete transactions accurately.
• Upsell baked goods and merchandise where appropriate.
• Keep bar area clean and organized; follow safety and hygiene standards.
