Job summary

Aramark in Kentucky seeks a Barista Lead to deliver timely service and quality beverages while maintaining a clean location. You will train Baristas, manage the coffee bar, and ensure accurate cash handling and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks, supervising staff, following recipes, and adhering to health and safety policies to provide a memorable guest experience at the Morehead location.

Qualifications

• Experience as a successful barista
• Cash handling experience
• Basic math & counting skills
• Supervisory or related role preferred
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Follow required dress code
• Read and communicate in English and follow recipes
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards
• Prepares and serve food items in line with location standards
• Train and guide staff in coffee and food preparation, customer service, cash handling and other processes
• May schedule and delegate work and coordinate tasks
• Operate register/POS and handle cash and card transactions
• Balance cash drawer and deposits
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Set up and break down coffee bar and maintain sanitation
• Stock beverages and condiments
• Follow health and sanitation guidelines for all products
