Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a warm, energetic Barista / Host to join our team. This dual-role position blends guest service with barista duties to create exceptional experiences from greeting to final sip.

You will welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and craft espresso beverages to Wolfgang Puck standards in a fast-paced, elevated setting. The role reports to the restaurant team and requires hospitality focus and a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience, preferably in high-volume hospitality.
• Guest service experience of 1 year preferred.
• Strong hospitality mindset and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to ensure efficient dining room flow
• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, coffee, teas, and specialty drinks to Wolfgang Puck standards
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages and menu offerings
• Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during high-volume service periods
• Keep the host stand, coffee station, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Assist with guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation requests
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and operational standards
