The gorgeous Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is looking for a guest-focused Barista to join the team!

Located just across from East Beach and one mile from the Funk Zone district, Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort offers an ideal stay to experience Santa Barbara. Enjoy our 24-acre beachfront resort with a tree-lined pool, tennis courts, on-site wine tastings, salon and spa, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of customer service experience, have open availability—including early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays—be able to multi-task, demonstrate great customer service skills, and have POS/cash handling experience.

The hourly wage for this position is $16.50.

What will I be doing?

A Barista greets, prepares, serves, and takes guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional, and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. The role involves upselling additional items to enhance profitability, entering orders into a computerized system, settling checks upon completion, and performing general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
