Target's Tampa store is hiring a Starbucks Barista to provide friendly guest service, craft beverages, and maintain store standards. You will work across shifts to support drive-up and in-store orders, while following food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is a plus.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and store tech as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during all hours of operation.
• Uphold Food & Beverage standards and store routines.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food according to recipes.
• Assist with drive-up and in-store order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the Starbucks area.
