Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Team Member to deliver day‑making experiences through superior guest service and handcrafted beverages. You’ll embody the brand values and support the team in a fast‑paced environment in St. Cloud, MN.

Responsibilities include hands‑on beverage and food prep, guest interaction, cash handling, and maintaining store standards while collaborating with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest Service by developing relationships with guests and listening actively.
• Craft hand‑made beverages to Caribou standards.
• Heat, prepare and serve Caribou food offerings to standard procedures.
• Move between barista and guest service roles as needed and support the team.
• Take guest orders, manage cash and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to reflect a well‑run store.
