Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service by greeting guests and building relationships.
• Operates cash register and handles cash procedures accurately.
• Heats, prepares, and serves beverage and food offerings to standard operating procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization to ensure a well-run store.
• Learn and apply Caribou standards and product knowledge on beverages and menu items.
• Collaborates with team members to cover shifts and support peak times.
