Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers prompt, courteous food and beverage service to guests.
• Maintains professional grooming and appearance.
• Answers guest questions and refers to management when needed.
• Keeps side stations clean and stocks supplies.
• Takes and fills orders and aids dining area upkeep.
• Prepares and serves beverages per recipes and CARE guidelines.
• Prepares hot and cold specialty coffee drinks and blends.
• Brews coffee and serves pastries and sandwiches.
• Keeps recipe and portion knowledge up to date.
• Receives payment and follows cash handling procedures.
• Maintains sanitary, safe work environment.
• Assists other staff with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Operates POS, quotes pricing, and reconciles cash.
