Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience & training as a barista.
• Experience with La Marzocco espresso machine.
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills (forward facing guests).
• Organization & time management a must.
• ServeSafe certification a plus.
• Diligent self-starter with great communication skills.
• Genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Open/Close Marketplace area & station.
• Maintain clean, organized and well stocked station.
• Tune and detail equipment as required.
• Place guest orders and prepare them.
• Handle guest transaction through the POS.
• Develop creative, new drink options for the menu.
• Notify supervisors of issues or concerns.
