Qualifications

• Must have several years of experience as a barista or in a related position.
• Ability to work flexible hours including: Early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Passionate about coffee and hospitality.
• Polished and stylish presence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders; process cash and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages per brand specifications and customer requests.
• Serve prepared foods and pastries.
• Deliver customer service that exceeds expectations with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure products are stocked and areas are clean.
