You will support the Assistant Hospitality Manager and help train the team in drink recipes, product knowledge, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Several years of Retail or Hospitality experience, preferably in an elevated service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work mornings, weekends, evenings and special events as needed.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and frequently bend and twist from the waist.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked environment adhering to health and safety standards.
• Inform leadership of supply needs and assist in inventory management and product shipments.
• Provide outstanding service and maintain a welcoming environment to generate customer traffic.
• Lead and train the Ralph’s Coffee team on drinks, recipes, and brand standards.
• Assist in training and development to ensure team delivers on hospitality expectations.
