Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to Caribou SOPs.
• Floats between barista and guest service to support team.
• Takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following cash handling policies.
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store with cleanliness and organization.
• Acts proactively to support team needs and takes direction from leaders.
