COTE in Nevada is seeking Server Assistants to provide enthusiastic hospitality and support to servers, guests, and the dining team. You will manage beverage service, coffee beverage preparation, and station maintenance throughout night shifts.

Qualifications include English proficiency, strong customer service, and certification training. This role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and high-quality service in a fast-paced steakhouse setting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and coffee.
• Operate and maintain barista equipment per health standards.
• Monitor stock levels for coffee and barista supplies.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines for beverages.
• Provide beverage service and support to the bar team and servers.
• Maintain a clean barista station and replenish supplies.
• Assist with quality checks on coffee items and related duties.
• Perform setup and breakdown tasks for coffee and tea stations and dining areas.
