Fresh Baguette, a fast-growing artisanal bakery, is hiring for a Full-Time or Part-Time Barista at our McLean location. You’ll deliver friendly service, learn the menu, and craft coffee, sandwiches, and pastries in a busy cafe environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Experience in cafe/bakery is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and friendly demeanor.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and prompt customer service.
• Learn Fresh Baguette menu and make recommendations.
• Prepare and serve coffee, sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
• Follow recipes to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately at the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and food safety compliance.
