First Texas Honda is seeking a full-time Barista to assist customers at the Continental Café in Austin, TX. This role involves greeting customers, preparing beverages, and managing inventory in a fun environment.

No prior experience is necessary as training is provided. A valid driver's license and a passion for coffee are essential. The position includes a flexible schedule with hours ranging from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday–Sunday.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy drinking specialty coffee.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for at least one year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile as they enter.
• Answer customer questions regarding ingredients/menu items.
• Take orders while paying close attention to all details.
• Prepare beverages and serve food items.
• Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and stocked.
• Manage inventory of the coffee bar supplies.
• Utilize Google chat ordering systems for employees.
• Check brewing equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Practice latte art.
• Be a coffee enthusiast.
