Job summary

Ardmore Toyota is seeking a friendly, energetic Barista to join our service center team. You’ll craft coffee and beverages, greet customers, and help create a welcoming waiting area as vehicles are serviced.

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service, with or without prior barista experience. You’ll work with the service team to ensure a positive dealership experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Experience in barista, café, or food service is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other refreshments.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere in our waiting area.
• Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
• Monitor inventory and replenish coffee, milk, cups, and supplies.
• Work with the service team to ensure a positive dealership experience.
• Represent the dealership with professionalism and customer satisfaction.
