Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset with guest focus.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles multiple tasks.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and a positive guest experience.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Can move between barista, greeter, and other roles as the shift requires.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer with accuracy and safety.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to standard.
• Anticipates guests' needs and assists teammates proactively.
• Makes product recommendations grounded in knowledge rather than scripts.
• Seeks guidance from leaders when needed and stays collaborative on priorities.
