Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver day-making experiences through friendly guest service, crafting beverages to Caribou standards, and upholding our core values in every interaction.

You'll take orders, handle cash, help with food service, keep the store clean, and support the team across shifts while welcoming guests and building relationships in Little Canada, MN.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Restaurant, retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and build relationships with guests.
• Craft beverages to Caribou standards and assist with food offerings.
• Take guest orders and manage cash drawer per policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and follow safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Support team members and adapt to multiple roles as needed.
