Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of Retail, Customer Service and food handling experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma/GED or Some College.
• Positive and passionate attitude!
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with certification in food handling and safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-store or for orders via phone.
• Check quality of products for displays and rotate pastries and desserts.
• Make beverages and prepare coffee during operating hours.
• Keep store areas clean during business hours.
• Refill and organize pastries and beverages on display.
• Assist guests with inquiries and educate on menu items and promotions.
• Operate POS system with accurate cash handling and card processing.
