Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Retail, Customer Service and food handling experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or Some College preferred.
• Positive and passionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-store and for phone orders.
• Check quality of pastries and organize display rotation.
• Prepare beverages and coffee during operating hours.
• Maintain store cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Assist guests with menu items and promotions and answer questions.
• Operate POS system with accuracy for cash and card transactions.
• Learn about products and specialty items to upsell appropriately.
• Greet guests with eye contact and a friendly smile.
