What You'll Do

You’ll be the heartbeat of the Grab & Go Café - preparing exceptional beverages, delivering quick and polished service, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects the culture of Laredo Country Club.

Craft Exceptional Beverages

• Prepare espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages with precision
• Operate commercial espresso equipment confidently
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and recipe accuracy
• Keep the café workspace clean, organized, and fully stocked

Deliver a Warm, Professional Member Experience

• Acknowledge members immediately upon arrival
• Use polished service language that reflects club standards
• Guide members through beverage options and confirm orders accurately
• Present drinks neatly and with pride

Keep Service Fast, Smooth, and Efficient

• Begin beverage preparation promptly
• Maintain steady workflow during high‑volume periods
• Communicate clearly with team members when support is needed
