Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a coffee shop/barista role preferred.
• Experience with hospitality POS systems and cash handling is a plus.

This role is posted for our spring/summer 2025 season!

What will you do in this job?

• Serve coffee/espresso drinks to guests in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Keep service area neat and clean throughout shift.
• Maintain effective portion controls in the espresso using established pouring methods.
• Assist with dining room attendant duties, banquets, and events including bussing, food running, assisting with set up and break down of event spaces.
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1-2 years experience in coffee shop/barista experience preferred.
• Hospitality POS systems experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest.
• Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team.
• Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards.
• Organized with a great eye for detail.
• Kind to others and always bring your best.
• Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions.
