Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time Barista at our Herndon, VA location. The role involves making coffee and espresso drinks, serving food items, and engaging with customers in a friendly manner. Schedule is full-time, with shifts from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Prior barista experience is required, and there is a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Location: 13200 Woodland Park Road, Herndon, VA 20171. Online applications accepted only. Pay range: $22.00–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related items.
• Operates POS and handles cash/credit payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
• Stocks condiments and supplies; ensures proper temperatures.
• Interacts with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Greets customers and explains daily menu items accurately.
• Assists in merchandising of display foods per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
