Hyatt Regency Austin on Lady Bird Lake is seeking a passionate Barista to join the Juniper Breeze Market team. You will take guest orders, prepare beverages to menu standards, and help create a welcoming, clean environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous cafe/market experience (barista) is preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Open Availability - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid TABC and Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and fulfill guest orders per menu standards.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean service environment for guests.

The Barista will provide service in the Juniper Breeze located on the property of Hyatt Regency Austin. This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders, preparing beverages in accordance with menu standards and providing a welcoming and clean environment for guests.

This is position requires open availability.Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
