Job summary

Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a Barback to join Ripple & Roots, ensuring bars are fully stocked and organized for service. You will assist bartenders and servers, handle bar prep, batching, restocking, and garnish preparation to maintain smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, team-driven, and passionate about hospitality. Valid TABC and Food Handler certification are required, with opportunities to grow within Hyatt's vibrant Texas dining concept.

The Barback in Ripple & Roots will play a key role in ensuring our bars are fully stocked, organized, and ready for service. In addition to supporting bartenders and servers with guest service, you’ll assist with bar prep duties including batching, restocking, and prepping garnishes to keep everything running smoothly.
