• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time BARISTA positions.

Summary: Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and standards. Interacts with customers and staff in a friendly, courteous manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS; accepts payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Prepares food using approved recipes and standards.
• Keeps display equipment clean.
• Cleans workstation thoroughly after use.
• Greet customers courteously; relay concerns to supervisors.
• Serves customers efficiently; prevents delays.
• Understands and explains menu items.
• Assists in selling techniques and customer decision-making.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and serves food neatly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
