Location: Midwestern State University

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Barista positions.

Requirements: Two years of barista experience required. Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS; accept payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follow recipes and production standards for food preparation.
• Keep display equipment clean and organized during service.
• Greet customers courteously; relay concerns to supervisors.
• Serve customers efficiently, preventing delays.
• Understand and explain menu items accurately.
• Assist in selling techniques and customer engagement.
• Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
