We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time BARISTA positions.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Follow HACCP guidelines for quality food-service operations. Interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly, courteous manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS; accept cash and card payments.
3. Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness of the service area.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; adhere to HACCP standards.
5. Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
6. Follow approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
7. Keep display equipment clean and debris-free during service.
8. Thoroughly clean equipment and workstation before leaving the area.
9. Greet customers courteously and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate relevant concerns to supervisors.
10. Serve customers efficiently, preventing delays.
11. Understand and explain menu items accurately.
12. Assist in selling techniques and help customers with buying decisions.
13. Merchandise display foods attractively and serve food neatly.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
