Job Summary

This role involves making and serving coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. You will handle food according to HACCP guidelines and standards, and interact with customers and staff courteously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Enter orders accurately into POS; accept payments.
3. Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
6. Follow approved recipes and production standards for food prep.
7. Keep display equipment clean during service.
8. Clean equipment and workstation after use.
9. Greet customers courteously; relay concerns to supervisors.
10. Serve efficiently, preventing delays.
11. Understand and explain menu items accurately.
12. Assist in selling techniques and customer decision-making.
13. Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
