Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, handles food according to HACCP standards, and interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare espresso and other beverage orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS, accept payments.
3. Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies in the service area.
4. Follow HACCP standards for food safety and presentation.
5. Ensure proper food preparation and serve food attractively.
6. Greet and interact courteously with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
7. Assist in selling and explaining menu items.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
