Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food according to HACCP standards. Interact courteously with customers and team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso and catering orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Accurately enter orders into POS systems; process payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures per HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follow approved recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Keep display equipment clean and organized.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after shifts.
• Greet customers courteously and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve efficiently, minimizing delays.
• Understand and explain menu items accurately.
• Assist in upselling and product recommendations.
• Merchandise display foods attractively and serve food neatly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
