Hourly Pay Range:

$17.86 - $25.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Starbucks Barista
• Location: Edward Hospital - Naperville, IL
• Part Time | 20 hours/week
• Hours: Monday-Sunday, shifts vary between 5:30am-12pm or 2pm-6:30pm, 12pm-8pm, or 8am-3:30pm

What you will do:

• Create the Starbucks experience by providing exceptional customer service, prompt assistance, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Serve customers, operate the POS system, prepare food, clean the area, and assist with food service duties.

What you will need:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or in progress (required).
• Certification: Successful completion of a Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: 1 year of coffee shop experience preferred.
