The Women's Locker Room Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the locker room, ensuring exceptional guest service standards and operational efficiency. This role provides direct support to the department Manager, assists with problem resolution, and helps uphold the highest level of professionalism and guest satisfaction. The Coordinator also fulfills all duties of the department's Receptionist role.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet, support, and assist members with inquiries, locker room amenities, and appointment bookings
  • Foster open, respectful communication with members, staff, and leadership, while enforcing departmental policies with professionalism and kindness
  • Assign and assist members with locker rentals, cancels, relocations, and locker room amenities. Provide strong management support of all locker needs to the WLR Manager
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling phone and in-person communication with professionalism
  • Coordinate administrative duties including schedule creation, communication updates, product ordering, and revenue reporting
  • Manage client billing, resolve discrepancies, and support product checkouts
  • Partner with the Spa to ensure timely resolution of member needs, as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace for all team members, including a supervisory oversight of the locker room wet and dry areas
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to uphold department standards, on-hands support for the attendant team, and report maintenance needs
  • Assist in inventory restocking and monitor supply levels for stock needs
  • Support the WLR Manager with training for reception and attendant teams
  • Provide guidance to receptionists and attendants regarding dress code, procedures, and service standards
  • Remain knowledgeable of all services and industry trends, and contribute ideas for new offerings
  • Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally while maintaining excellent guest service
  • Work with Executive Director and Executive Management to determine security initiatives and procedures including training, coaching, development and support
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Manager or Senior Leadership
  • This description is not all-inclusive and may evolve with Club needs


Rate of Pay: $20.00 per hour. This role is considered entry-level.

Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:45am-1:15pm
