Kitchen Kettle Village is seeking enthusiastic Baristas for the Roasted Rooster in Intercourse, PA. This part-time position pays $12-$16 per hour plus tips and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while preparing quality coffee drinks and smoothies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing hospitality roles preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety procedures.
• Willing to work part-time with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
• Record HACCP logs daily to ensure food safety compliance.
• Create quality coffee drinks and smoothies with skill and efficiency.
• Follow opening, closing, and daily operating/cleaning procedures.
• Participate in daily sales promotions to pursue shop goals.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
• Assist in keeping condiments and coffee stocked throughout the day.
• Accurately handle money transactions and interact professionally with guests.
• Balance deposits against daily sales and report any overages or shortages.
• Be willing to help in any department as needed (Food Service and Retail)
