Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
• Use basic math skills for simple addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates in a friendly, helpful way.
• Stay organized and keep up with the pace of a busy coffee shop environment.
• Less than a high school diploma or equivalent accepted; up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with requests.
• Take orders at counter and over the phone, and help customers find products.
• Prepare and replenish coffee shop products as needed during shift.
• Monitor product freshness and appearance; follow production lists to stay ahead.
• Maintain clean, neat work area and follow safety standards.
• Operate register and process payments where applicable.
• Keep department tidy and manage waste promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
