Job summary

Eagle Cape Coral LLC is seeking a friendly, experienced barista to craft high quality espresso drinks and serve customers in a vibrant café. You will help with pastries, breakfast and lunch items, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, POS transactions, inventory tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food industry or retail preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience with POS is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor toward customers and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Job Summary
You will serve high quality espresso based drinks made with our private label specialty coffee. We also offer a selection of freshly roasted coffee in single origins, blends, organics, and even 100% Estate coffee. In addition to coffee, we have a rich, smoky Cold Brew, real fruit smoothies, ice cold frappes, freshly baked pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and plenty of seating and free wi-fi.

As a more experienced barista, in addition to the responsibilities below, your duties may also include, but not limited to:

• Opening and Closing the store

• Shift lead responsibilities
