Job summary

Birley Bakery on Madison Avenue in the Upper East Side seeks a talented Barista to join our world-class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will craft exceptional beverages, support a high standard of service, and uphold the polished environment of the shop.

You’ll work with front-of-house teammates to ensure guests receive outstanding experiences, with early mornings, nights, weekends and holiday shifts required. Full-time or part-time availability is welcome.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Barista within specialty coffee or high-volume café.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences daily as part of an established team.
• Assist in food and beverage service at the counter and in the dining room.
• Maintain high standards of service and the polished shop environment.
