Job summary

NDM Hospitality is seeking a Barista/Food Runner to join a dynamic resort setting. You will craft a range of coffee beverages, greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate payments while maintaining fast and friendly service.

You will work in a high-energy environment, support inventory, and uphold health and safety standards. Experience in coffee preparation and customer service is preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in drink preparation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., bags of coffee beans).

Responsibilities
