NEXDINE Brighton, MA is seeking a Barista to assist customers at checkout, manage cash and credit payments, and educate customers while preparing and serving coffee and other items.

You will replenish snacks, keep the area clean, and join a team with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Prior Barista experience preferred; we value excellent customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior barista experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers at checkout and manage cash/credit payments.
• Educate customers while selling and grinding coffee and preparing items.
• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages and snacks.
• Replenish snacks and stock coolers; keep checkout area clean.
• Work with the Chef Manager and follow service standards.
