Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Waltham, MA is seeking a Barista for a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30 AM–3:00 PM). This full-time role involves taking orders, handling cash and credit payments, preparing and serving beverages, and replenishing snacks while keeping the kiosk area clean and organized.

Prior barista or food-service experience is preferred; strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork are essential to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Cash handling and POS experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at checkout.
• Operate point of sale system and handle payments.
• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages.
• Replenish snacks and stock coolers as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout and coffee kiosk areas.
• Assist customers and work with Chef Manager.
