Job summary

Broulim’s in Driggs, Idaho is seeking a friendly Coffee Clerk to operate the coffee bar and provide exceptional customer service. You will welcome guests, prepare a variety of coffee beverages, and keep the station neat and stocked.

Responsibilities include taking orders accurately, recommending options, operating espresso machines and grinders, processing payments, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced store.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service or food service experience preferred
Ability to obtain required food handler's permits or certifications as needed by local regulations
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation is advantageous

Responsibilities

Greet customers and take orders with a friendly, professional manner
Prepare and serve espresso, cappuccino, latte, and drip coffee following recipes
Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar
Manage payments and provide receipts accurately
Monitor inventory and report low stock to management
Maintain safety and hygiene standards and handle waste properly
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
