Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a customer service/ barista role at our Thorndale store. You will warmly welcome customers, demonstrate products, offer samples, and help maintain quality and safety standards while supporting store profitability.

Ideal candidates have barista or supervisory experience, must be authorized to work in the U.S., and commit to regular attendance. Shift hours start at 4 hours, with lifting up to 50 lbs; growth opportunities available within our collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Preferably supervisory and/or barista experience.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Special skills: customer focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred.

• Provide exceptional customer service: Welcome and connect with each customer.
• Effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience.
