Dunkin' Donuts franchisee Dan’s Management Co. is hiring Crew Members in Rhode Island. You will deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages in a fast-paced team, ensuring quality and friendly service that makes guests want to return.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas.
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully.
