Job summary

Dan’s Management Co. is hiring Crew Members to join our Dunkin' Donuts locations in Rhode Island. You’ll serve guests, prepare food and beverages, and work as part of a fast-paced team focused on guest satisfaction.

Starting wage is $16 per hour with tips that can push earnings above $17.50 per hour. We offer flexible scheduling, 30 hours per week on average, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Able to count money and make change accurately.
• Able to operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas.
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully.
