About the role

The Barista is a vital member of the café team, responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences.

They are expected to develop and refine their barista skills, including espresso preparation, latte art, and proper brewing techniques, while continuously expanding their coffee knowledge.

Baristas uphold Ascension Coffee’s standards by ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
