Job summary

Conrad Orlando, part of the Hilton family, is seeking a friendly Barista to join the Food & Beverage team. This part-time role involves crafting beverages, delivering personalized service, and helping guests enjoy the resort experience.

You'll prepare coffee and tea to standard recipes, maintain cleanliness, handle orders via the POS, and comply with health and safety standards while delivering warm hospitality.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused barista skills with a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to prepare coffee, tea and specialty drinks to standard recipes.
• Knowledge of menu items and daily specials to answer guest questions.
• Efficient order taking and smooth POS handling.
• Adherence to health, safety and beverage handling regulations.

Responsibilities
